Our Specialization

Our real estate division is able to verify any deed or city restrictions such as easements, design requirements or setbacks. We also conduct a preliminary lot layout to assess the size of the backyard and how your house would fit on the property. We facilitate the process of obtaining surveys, architectural compliance and soil studies during the earnest money period. Simply put, we do the work that standard lot acquisition companies don’t normally cover.

Properties will be acquired and developed with careful attention to selection criteria that give us the opportunity to add value. Strategies to add value to land, in our experience, have included entitlements such as favorable zoning, municipal utility districts and dedication of Tollway right-of-way, in addition to development.

The second most common form of real estate investing, there are ways to invest with less money up front, such as crowdfunding or real estate investment trusts (REITs). Our real estate division will walk you through the transaction from beginning to close.
